Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the LottoHub.in platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

LottoHub.in reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration & Usage

• To purchase lottery tickets, you must create an account by providing a valid mobile number and completing the OTP verification process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or referral programmes will result in immediate suspension.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated at all times.
• LottoHub.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in online lottery within your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any component of the Platform.
• Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to access the Platform through your credentials is strictly prohibited.
• You must immediately notify LottoHub.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Payment Terms

• All ticket purchases must be made through the approved payment gateways integrated on the Platform.
• Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. The ticket price displayed at the time of purchase is final and inclusive of all applicable charges.
• Once payment is confirmed and a ticket is issued, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible, except in cases of verified technical failure on the Platform's end.
• LottoHub.in does not accept cash, cheques, or offline payment methods of any kind.
• Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without legitimate technical fault shall be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Ticket Purchase Rules

• All lottery tickets purchased on LottoHub.in are digital and non-transferable.
• Each ticket corresponds to a unique 6-digit number selected by the participant.
• A ticket is considered valid only after successful payment confirmation. Tickets in a "pending" or "locked" state without payment will be released automatically after the lock period expires.
• LottoHub.in does not guarantee the availability of any specific ticket number at the time of purchase.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged, swapped, or resold to other users.

Fraud Policy

LottoHub.in maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards fraud, manipulation, and unethical conduct. The following activities constitute violations:

• Using stolen payment credentials or financial instruments to purchase tickets.
• Attempting to manipulate draw outcomes through any technical or social engineering means.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to exploit the Platform's systems.
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts for referral abuse or promotional exploitation.

Platform Rights

• LottoHub.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any lottery, feature, or service at any time without prior notice.
• The Platform may impose purchase limits, transaction caps, or cooldown periods to promote responsible gaming.
• All intellectual property, including branding, design, and content on LottoHub.in, is the sole property of the company and may not be reproduced without express permission.
• LottoHub.in shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure, server outages, or third-party payment gateway failures.
