Non-Refundable Ticket Purchases
All lottery tickets purchased on LottoHub.in are non-refundable in accordance with government lottery regulations. Once a ticket has been purchased and payment confirmed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
A change of mind after purchase, incorrect ticket selection, or a decision not to participate in a draw after buying a ticket does not qualify for any refund or credit.
Important: Postponement of a scheduled draw by the regulatory authority does not constitute grounds for a refund. Your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled draw date.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Draw Cancellation: If a draw is officially cancelled by the regulatory authority (not merely postponed), a full refund of the ticket amount paid shall be credited back to the original payment method.
- Verified Technical Failure: If a confirmed system error on LottoHub.in resulted in a duplicate charge, failed ticket issuance despite successful payment, or any other verifiable platform malfunction, a full refund will be processed after investigation.
- Payment Gateway Error: If your payment was debited but the transaction was not recorded by our system due to a payment gateway failure, a refund will be initiated upon verification with the payment provider.
Processing Time
- All eligible refund requests are reviewed within 48–72 business hours of submission.
- Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, depending on the banking institution and payment gateway processing cycles.
- LottoHub.in is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
