Rules and Guidelines

Applicable to company employees, agents, their staff, and all ticket purchasers:

5. Alternative methods of payment or credit arrangements are not accepted for ticket purchases.

7. Potential signs of compulsive purchasing or problematic behaviour must not be ignored — immediate action is required.
8. No individual should purchase tickets on behalf of others or offer advice on lottery strategies.
9. No advice, tip, or algorithm guarantees a lottery win, as outcomes are governed purely by chance.
10. Applicable taxes on lottery winnings are mandated by regulatory authorities and represent a contribution towards national development.
11. Participation must be denied to any individual exhibiting signs of intoxication, drowsiness, or mental impairment.
12. LottoHub.in and its group companies actively encourage responsible lottery practices, ensuring full compliance with tax obligations within the framework of regulatory bodies.
13. Fair play requires adherence to established rules and a clear understanding of your odds.
14. Lottery tickets are non-refundable as per government lottery regulations, unless the draw is officially cancelled.
15. Postponement of a draw or a change of mind after purchase does not entitle the participant to any refund. In the event of a draw cancellation, a full refund of the amount paid shall be processed.
16. LottoHub.in reserves the right to temporarily block access for users observed to be incurring excessive losses, implemented in the user's best interest. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction through unauthorised means may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

Terms of Participation

1. By participating on LottoHub.in, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. LottoHub.in reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Continued participation in any lottery draw signifies acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.
3. Online digital lottery tickets are not sold in declared "Lottery Free Zone" areas across Indian states and union territories.
4. Draws are conducted as per the procedures prescribed by the respective regulatory authorities, at designated public venues.
5. The regulatory authority reserves the right to change the date and time of any draw without prior notice.
6. No draws shall be held on national holidays — 26th January (Republic Day), 15th August (Independence Day), and 2nd October (Gandhi Jayanti).
7. Participants must purchase tickets only through the official LottoHub.in platform. Digital tickets shall not be distributed physically by any agents.
8. Winners are selected randomly through the prescribed methodology, under the supervision of government-appointed officials.
9. Prizes are drawn on a proportionate basis from the total scheme pool.
